Lance M. Hoffman, MD

Dr. Hoffman’s focus in clinical practice is to use comprehensive pain management modalities, including interventional pain procedures, to improve the quality of life for each of his patients based on their individual needs and particular health status. He currently sees patients at our Bay Area clinic location in Webster.

Dr. Hoffman obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois and his medical degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield. He completed his anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. Dr. Hoffman is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia & Pain Medicine. He is double-boarded in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
